Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Reconciliation and Reporting: Efficiently reconciles time-tracking data, Jira reports, and cost analyses to ensure accuracy and consistency in project reporting.
2. Time Management: Employ exceptional time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
3. Timeline Coordination: Adjust project timelines and deliverables as needed. Organize and lead planning sessions with team members to align on project objectives and deadlines.
4. Resource Allocation and Road Mapping: Strategically allocate resources and develop road maps for project execution, identifying potential bottlenecks and solutions.
5. Meeting Facilitation: Effectively facilitate team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and keep team members aligned with project goals.
6. Team Productivity Accountability: Take responsibility for monitoring and enhancing team productivity, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to boost efficiency.
7. Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective exchange of information among team members and stakeholders.
8. Scrum Master: Guide, coach, and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity and quality through the implementation of Scrum practices. Resolve impediments and foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a project management or data analysis environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Jira. 
• Marketing agency experience preferred. 
• Scrum Master preferred. 

Internal Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various internal departments to gather and reconcile data.
• Contribute to internal process improvements by providing data-driven insights.
• Participate in internal training and development programs to stay updated with the latest project management and data analysis techniques.
• Track, analyze and report accurate status on resource management
