Demand Generation Marketer

Description

We are hiring a Demand Generation Marketer to plan and execute programs that generate qualified demand and measurable growth for our clients. This role blends strategic thinking, campaign orchestration, and analytical discipline — translating brand and positioning into programs that drive pipeline.

This role owns three outcomes:
  • Predictable generation of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Clear, data-driven understanding of what works and why.
  • Scalable demand frameworks our clients can grow into.

Requirements

  • Develop and manage integrated demand programs across LinkedIn, search, email, and other paid and owned channels.
  • Translate client business strategy and messaging into targeted campaigns, content, and offers.
  • Build and optimize paid media, email, and nurture programs that move prospects through the funnel.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn programs: content strategy, sponsored campaigns, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Align closely with strategists and creative teams to ensure messaging consistency and brand coherence.
  • Establish measurement frameworks: define KPIs, track performance, and report insights that guide iteration.
  • Manage lightweight marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.) to scale activity.
  • Balance experimentation and discipline — test, learn, and scale what works.

Education & Experience

  • 3+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance strategy.
  • Proven experience developing and managing campaigns for small or mid-market clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Expertise in managing campaigns via Google Marketing Platform and Meta for Business
  • Strong command of LinkedIn campaign management, analytics, and content optimization.
  • Strong grasp of the full B2B marketing funnel and attribution mechanics.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect brand strategy to measurable pipeline outcomes.

Compensation

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
